Voltim Global Website Now Available in Persian (Farsi)

October 17, 2026

voltim.com.tr now has a Persian version: our road freight routes to and via Iran can be read in Farsi, and requests can be sent in Persian, English, Turkish or Russian.

Mersin, October 2026. Voltim Global's website, voltim.com.tr, is now also available in Persian (Farsi). The right-to-left Persian version is the site's eighth language, after Turkish, English, German, Russian, Hungarian, Italian and Arabic. Our road freight services to Iran and via Iran can now be read in Persian.

Why did we launch a Persian version?

On Turkey–Iran routes and in transit via Iran, the two ends of a shipment often speak different languages. The Persian version lets Iranian consignees and Persian-speaking importers and exporters read route, border crossing, document and quotation information in their own language. This way the shipper in Europe, Russia or Turkey and the consignee in Iran work from the same information and the same terms.

Which pages are available in Persian?

The English versions of this content are on our Turkey–Iran road freight, Europe to Iran trucking via Turkey, Russia–Turkey–Iran road freight and Russia–Iran–Turkey transit freight pages.

What information do the Persian pages contain?

Each route page explains step by step which countries and border crossings the cargo passes through. The main road crossing between Turkey and Iran is Gürbulak–Bazargan; European loads enter Turkey at Kapıkule, while the Russia–Georgia–Turkey route runs via Verkhniy Lars and Sarp. The pages also include:

  • Route and border crossing tables
  • Definitions of documents such as the TIR Carnet, the CMR consignment note and T1
  • The workflow from request to delivery
  • An FAQ section with short answers on transit time, documents and offices
  • A list of the information needed for a quotation

In which languages can requests be sent?

Requests can be sent in Persian, English, Turkish or Russian. The language of correspondence on the quotation and the trip is agreed with the parties at the request stage. Whichever language you choose, giving the full loading and delivery addresses, the dimensions and weight of the cargo and the ready date helps us prepare the quotation faster. The shipper and the consignee can also contribute to the same request in different languages; the details are combined into a single file.

Does Voltim Global have an office in Iran?

No. Voltim Global has no office, partner or agent in Iran. Loading, customs and transit documents, border crossing coordination, tracking and delivery are managed by Voltim Global itself, from our head office in Mersin and our offices in Istanbul, Moscow and Budapest.

Which Persian terms are used on the pages?

Transport terms in the Persian version follow commercial usage in Iran. The main ones are:

کارنه تیرTIR CarnetThe document that allows sealed cargo to cross several borders under a single customs guarantee
بارنامه CMRCMR consignment noteThe document that evidences the contract of carriage in international road transport
